Morph states its primary data processing occurs in the United States, with additional processing in select countries where service providers operate. It mentions regional data centers for paid and enterprise customers and self-hosted deployments for chosen jurisdictions, but does not publicly guarantee EU-only processing.
Free tier: up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized. Paid tier: up to 30 days, then securely deleted. Enterprise tier: zero data retention, processed in memory only with immediate purge after processing. Self-hosted retention is customer-controlled.
